Mr. R.K. Chugh has a diverse set of business experiences in the fields of Power Transmission and Distribution (T&D) , Automation & Digitalisation in South Asia markets . He is highly reckoned for his proficiency across various responsibilities in India & Germany .
Mr. R. K. Chugh is an electrical engineer from Delhi College of Engineering and an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
While he has been Executive Council member and Director on board of Indian Electrical and Electronics Manufacturers Association (IEEMA), since the year 2012, he is also the present Vice President in IEEMA Executive Council . He is also representing his company & IEEMA on CII’s National Committee on Capital Goods.
Mr. Chugh is an active contributor to prominent business & technical magazines and keynote speaker is various seminars / conferences apart from addressing students in technical institution.
Mr. Chugh is also credited with spearheading the localization and innovation of various Siemens products and devices which cater to both domestic and global markets. Chugh has a participative management style and believes in vesting confidence in his colleagues and building competency in his team. He allocates time prudently between his personal and work life.

Mr. Vipul Ray is a second-generation entrepreneur and joined his family business ‘Elmex’ in 2002. By education, Mr. Ray is a Mechanical Engineer with Master’s Degree in Manufacturing from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and Master’s Degree in Business Management from University of California, Irvine (UCI). He is also a recipient of Deans Scholar Award and Hobbs Fellowship for Entrepreneurship. Before joining the family business he worked with 3M, a fortune 100 company.
Mr. Ray has been a member of the IEEMA Executive Council since 2015 and has actively pursued matters related to MSME, International Business Division, member connect initiatives and policy matters related to Tariff and Customs. He has also served as President of Gujarat Employers’ Organisation (GEO), Managing Committee member of ERDA, VCCI and member of Rotary Club of Baroda.

Mr Rohit Pathak is the President & CEO of Aditya Birla Insulators (largest Insulator player in India and 4th largest porcelain player globally). Mr Pathak served as Principal EA to the Group Chairman, Mr. Kumar Mangalam Birla, helping manage all the Businesses of the $40+ billion Aditya Birla Group. Advised Mr Birla on key priorities (such as M&A, organic growth, special initiatives) and strategic planning & monitoring across the Group Businesses, and help the businesses on key strategic issues and to leverage all the Group Functions as needed.
He was also associated with McKinsey & Company where he developed and sustained two of the five largest clients for McKinsey in India, working on diverse issues such as new market entry, business turnaround, inorganic growth, large scale performance transformations, and business plan development and delivery. Also, led the Procurement practice and Co-led the Automotive & Assembly practice in India.
Mr Pathak also worked with Analog Devices Inc, and worked on the development and design of the cutting-edge SHARC and HAMMERHEAD range of microprocessors at the Bangalore and Austin (Texas, USA) Design Centres.
