Any organisation, who desires to become IEEMA Member, needs to go through the procedure laid down by IEEMA.

Submitting IEEMA Membership Survey Form

  • Complete the Membership Survey Form in all respects.
  • Send the Membership Survey Form to IEEMA Mumbai Office along with Balance Sheet, P&L A/C for the 3 preceding years, Certificate of Incorporation, ISO Certificate Copy (If an ISO Certified Company) and the Company Profile.

Receiving Membership Application Forms

  • On verification of Survey Form, IEEMA will send Ordinary or Associate Membership Application Form depending upon fulfillment of the criteria by the Applicant, informing the Applicant about the membership fees as well as its obligations to IEEMA in regularly submitting necessary documents like production / sales data etc.
  • Applicant will return the application form duly filled in to IEEMA Mumbai Office for further processing.
  • The Application needs to be proposed and seconded by existing IEEMA Members. To facilitate the Applicant to obtain the same, IEEMA will provide a list of such members.

Admission to Membership

  • IEEMA Secretariat after receiving the Application will scrutinize the same and send for approval to respective Divisional Chairmen or IEEMA President.
  • On receipt of the approval, the Form is placed before the Executive Council for its approval.
  • On approval of the Executive Council, IEEMA will send a letter of admission to the Applicant along with all necessary documents and invoice for the Annual Membership Subscription Fees and other fees, if any.
  • IEEMA shall update the data given by the Applicant, which shall remain confidential and start the required services.
